Owner Biography:
Heather Pond-Manorome
I’m a graduate of nutrition and a certified Chef. My knowledge of food and beverage has been gathered from my experiences working around the world. I also have a personal reason for our mission statement which is to provide good, “made-in-house” alternative food.

As all food is freshly prepared "made-for-you". Simply let us know of any dietary needs you may have and we will cater to your requests. As I too am Lactose and wheat intolerant we carry many wheat free alternatives.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Saturday: 11:30am-midnight
Pub: Full Dining Menu - 11:30-9:00pm & Late Fare Menu - 9:00pm-11:00pm, 12:00am on weekends 
Dining Room (Casual up-Scale Dining): 5:00pm-9:00pm   
Banquet Room Available anytime upon request   
Sunday: Open for special ocassions (Mother's Day)
